New features completed and now included to our web agent:
1. Chat History, Missed Requests, and Offline Messages are now all viewable in the web agent, with all the same features as the desktop version.
2. Account Features are now visible from the main menu under the Account main menu.
3. The push URL feature to send your visitors a link during a chat is also available just as the desktop version.
You may also notice we have changed our menu significantly in the web agent compared to the desktop agent. These changes will also be made to the desktop agent to remove the clutter and redundant menu items!
