Why does the co-browsing feature not reflect the exact page the visitor is on?
Co-browsing is limited to only basic web technologies. Some advanced techniques used on modern websites cannot be recreated in the co-browsing environment.
Websites with any of the following will not reflect the exact actions, page or information displayed on a page with 100% accuracy:
- Session/cookies dependency
- Dynamic content changes via JavaScript
- JavaScript redirects
- AJAX
