I cannot see what my visitor is typing.

This is a known issue with some anti-virus and firewall products with the desktop software. We've seen this issue come from users running:

  • AVG Antivirus

To fix the issue, temporarily disable your anti-virus and/or firewall software and initiate a test chat session with yourself. If the problem is resolved then you will need to configure your antivirus or firewall software appropriately to allow all connections to OCCAgent.exe.
