My Hosting company doesn't support Javascript, can I still use your service?
Absolutely. We offer many options for the customized HTML code that you generate and place on your site to show your Online/Offline status. Non-Javascript based code is one of them.
To get there, login to your administration area and go to menu Setup --> Generate HTML
In the second box named Chat Requests Only (JavaScript Disabled), you'll see the code for JavaScript disabled sites; use this code on your site.
