Have multiple users, also known as operators, monitor your site(s) and chat with your visitors.
Other inter-operator functionality like chat forwarding, operator-to-operator chatting and chat conferencing ensure your visitors get their chat requests effectively responded to.
Each operator has their own profile, including unique name, image and department/website categorization.

One free operator is included with each OCC account.
Additional operators cost $19.95 per year for Premium Version accounts and $24.95 per year for Free Version accounts.
