OCC Agent is a software installed operator interface for operators to chat with site visitors. The OCC Agent is our primary software agent application. The OCC Agent desktop software is available for Windows.
A MAC version of OCC Agent is currently under development.

OCC Agent is accessible with Free and Premium versions.
