Supervisor Monitoring and Interaction

Assign Supervisor rights to operators, allowing that operator to monitor the chats of other operators as well as interact in the chat.
Supervisor mode is a great for training and higher level support.

Supervisor Operator Feature is only available for Premium Version Accounts.
