How do I reset the login and password for an operator?

To change the details of an operator, including to reset your operator password, login to your account dashboard here:

Once logged in, navigate to Setup > Settings > Basic Settings > Operators, and click Edit on the operator you are having issues logging in with.

From there you may reset the password, change the login name and more. Once done, hit Save.
