Online Chat Centers Privacy & Security Policy

Motava Corporation and OnlineChatCenters are very concerned about your personal privacy and the security of personal information that may be submitted by you as part of your visit to this website and all websites with live chat accounts through OnlineChatCenters. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented. Private information may be released in the situation it is subpoenad or formally requested by a government agency or attorney for legal action or discovery for pursuit of legal action.
We collect Personal Information and Anonymous Information. “Personal Information” means any information that maybe be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, home or other physical address, an email address, phone number or other contact information. “Anonymous Information” means information that does not directly or indirectly identify, and cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual (including an individual’s computing device), information such as approximate geo-location findings based from discovered IP addresses. Such programs as ZenDesk, Sugar CRM, ect. may be included as such vendors. These 3rd party integrations are entirely optional to OnlineChatCenters users. Please keep in mind the sharing of such information is entirely up to the individual account owner and their choosing to share captured or stored information with 3rd party software and service vendors. We will not share captured or stored information without your knowledge or consent.
The OnlineChatCenters service is embedded on our customers' websites. Motava Corporation and OnlineChatCenters are not directly affiliated with these websites and are only being used as a service provider of live chat services for these websites.
You may be required to complete an online pre-chat form that provides the OnlineChatCenters account administrator with basic information such as your name and email address. This information is stored and maintained by Motava Corporation in a secure database and is only accessible by the owner of the OnlineChatCenters account for which it was submitted. Any and all other accounts with OnlineChatCenters do not have access to this information.
Purchases made on OnlineChatCenters may require specific, additional information to complete the transaction. Such information may include a credit card number and billing information or any other information required to complete the purchase. Periodic payments, such as yearly payments, will access this information for the specified period in order to complete the automated transaction if enabled by the account holder. This information is stored and maintained by Motava Corporation in a secure database.
