Automatic Chat Invites

Timed chat invitations are just like custom chat invitations but are sent automatically after a certain period of time has passed.

You can set up different messages for different departments or different websites and customize the operator the message comes from.

This feature will force a pop-up chat invitation to appear to the visitor after a specific amount of time has passed.

Timed chat invitations are accessible with ALL OCC VERSIONS.
