Canned Messages

Canned messages are pre-defined frequently used messages that operators can select and send instantly without typing the message out.

Through your Account Dashboard, you can organize your canned messages within categories and make them available only to specific operators and/or departments.

Canned messages can also be set to be sent as the initial greeting message when a chat is initiated with a visitor.

Canned messages are accessible with ALL OCC VERSIONS.
