Hidden Departments

Departments can be marked as hidden through the Hidden checkbox on the Edit Department area of your Account Dashboard so they are not visible to visitors on the department selection page. This is most commonly used for Management and supervising operators or for testing purposes (hiding departments during development times).

Hidden departments are accessible with ALL OCC VERSIONS.
