How to add canned messages?
1. Login to your Account Dashboard: http://www.onlinechatcenters.com/account/
2. Go to Setup> Messages > Canned Messages
3. Click on the green Add Category button, make sure you tick the enable box
4. Click on the manage button
5. Click on the green Add Canned message button. Tick all the boxes that apply.
6. Write the message in the message box, then click the green save button.
