1. Login to your Account Dashboard
2. Go to Setup > Messages > Canned Messages
3. Click Add Category and type a new category name
4. Hit manage(0) under the Messages column.
5. Click Add Canned Message under this section now to add your first message.
6. Check the radio button Yes next to Send as Initial Message. This will then pop down the options to select if the message will be sent for an entire department or an individual operator.
