Where do i find HTML and where do I place the HTML/icons?
From the Account Dashboard > Setup > Generate HTML
You select the placement of your chat icon on your site. It is largely dependent on the design and structure of your site.
We recommend placing it in the BODY of your website.
You can also use our floating icon feature to have the icon float on top of your site and follow the visitor around the page they are on.
In this panel you can also find a direct link to your chat, if you wish to not use an icon.
