This can be due to a couple reasons:
1. Please ensure that you are using the correct HTML code. You will want to use the code from Box 1 in the Generate HTML section entitled "With Live chat icons"
Also, be sure that you DID NOT check the box: High Traffic (only shows visitors requesting chats and active chats on the OCC agent)
2. In the OCC AGENT SOFTWARE and/or WEB AGENT, please be sure that in the Menu, you have View-->Active Visitors checked.
