If I decide to go with your service, how do I communicate to my visitors?
There is multiple ways to communicate to your visitors
- Web based agent (http://www.onlinechatcenters.com/agent/), if you choose to not download our client
- Windows and Mac (http://www.onlinechatcenters.com/occ-agents) client, which we recommend
- ios iphone ($4.99) and ipad ($9.99) apps in the app store for mobile users
- We currently have an Android app (http://www.onlinechatcenters.com/blog/android-app-beta-available/) in beta so they will be bugs in the app. If you find any bugs please send it to support@onlinechatcenters.com
