How do I set up the chat request to bypass the department selection page and go straight to a specific department?
In the Account Dashboard, navigate to: Setup > Generate HTML
Near the top is a section entitled Generate Code for Department
Select the department you want to push the visitor to from the list and copy the new HTML generated.
If you select All Departments, the department selection page will be displayed first.
If you only have 1 department in your account, the department selection page is automatically disabled.
