1. Make sure you are logged as an operator in either the desktop OCC agent software or the web agent.

2. If you are logged in, ensure your operator status is set to Online. If you are set to Away, Hidden, or Offline, your website will show your status as Offline.
3. Go to your website where you have added the support Icon. It should now show that you are online and ready to receive requests.
4. Initiate a chat with yourself by clicking your chat icon/link.
