When attempting to login to the Account Dashboard, I get the error message "Your account is disabled."

The most common cause for an account to be disabled is the email used to sign up for an account was not verified. After signing up for an OCC account, we send an email to you with a link to verify the email address and account. If the link is not clicked within 72 hours, the account becomes disabled.

To verify and activate your account, please click on the link in the verification email you received.

If you have not received a verification email, use this form to Resend the Verification Email
