When attempting to use the Email feature within Missed Requests, Offline Messages, or Chat History, I get the error: COULD NOT PERFORM THIS OPERATION BECAUSE DEFAULT MAIL CLIENT IS NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED.

The Email function pulls the settings of your internet browser to define which email client to use.

If you receive this error, you either don't have an email client installed or your settings are not defined within your internet browser.

Ensure you have an email client installed or selected that you regularly use. Popular email clients include Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird, Gmail, and Yahoo Mail.

To define the default setting in Mozilla Firefox, go to Tools --> Options --> Applications and find the line "mailto" under Content Type. Define the Action to take on the right hand column.
