If you have added banners or certain HTML in the banner locations within your chat window, you might get the following error in Internet Explorer.

The reson for this is that if you have SSL (https) enabled, and the banner image or html has a link that begins with HTTP then it will prompt the user about the lack of HTTPS for some elements.

To avoid this, do not use any protocol. In place of http://url or https://url simply use:  //url

This Securit Warning will no longer appear.
