How do I place the OCC icon on the side of my website (such as the right or left hand side)?
Here’s how to make your chat icon float on your site:
Login to your Account Dashboard: http://www.onlinechatcenters.com/account/
Navigate to Setup > Design Customization > Online/Offline Icons
**Select your department from the first drop down box marked Department/Website
Mark the checkbox Floating Icon. This will enable on-page positioning settings for the icon, including Horizontal and Vertical positioning.
If any custom positioning numbers are entered other than 0, they will overwrite all other positioning settings.
