How to enable embedded chat.

 *Note this is a feature for Premium/Enterprise


To enable the embeded chat you will go the Account Dashboard > Setup > Design Customization > Chat Window.

In here you will first select the department (Do not use all departments unless you have all department code generated on your site meaning you have a department selection page on your site). Now you will select "Embedded" in the "Style" drop down window. Click save to finish setting up the embedded chat.


After you have finish setting up the embedded chat, just refresh your website.
