Monitoring another operator's chat as supervisor is not working in the Agent Desktop Software

Please ensure that if you are using OCC agent desktop software, that both agents are running thelatest version.

To download the lates version, click here: http://www.onlinechatcenters.com/download/setup.exe

If you are both using Web Agent, you should not have this issue at all.
