My IT department wants to know what port does the OCC software use to communicate to your service and where is it connecting to?
The OCC agent application communicates on port 80 so no ports necessarily will need to be opened unless HTTP web traffic is restricted. Our sofware communicates to our gateway by resolution to onlinechatcenters.com.
