What kind of notifications does the iOS app allow when it is running in the background?
You can set up the following alerts in the OCC app:
IN APP ALERTS (when app is open):
1. New chat requests
2. New messages
3. New offline messages
4. New visitors
PUSH NOTIFICATIONS (when app is not open/in background or device is in standby mode):
1. New chat requests
2. New missed requests
3. New offline messages
Your status can remain unchanged when you have the app in the background for up to 12 hours.
The options to auto change your status are 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 5 hours and 12 hours.
