The iOS app keeps going offline?
There are auto-status settings within Apple’s Settings menu (tap Settings from the homescreen).
Once there, scroll down the left side until you reach OCCAgent (or OCCAgentHD on iPad).
Under that area, you will find a section called Auto Status.
Your status can remain unchanged when you have the app in the background for up to 12 hours.The options to auto change your status are 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 5 hours and 12 hours.
You should also check Push Notifications for the app and make sure those are enabled to your liking.
