UI Appearance

The User Interface of OCC AGENT has several On/Off options.

Under the View menu, you will see the Properties link

Languages:

Currently OCC supports several Languages. More are being added!!!!

To obtain the language file for your language, you may request one at: info@onlinechatcenters.com

To change the language, select the desired language and OCC AGENT will ask you to close and re-open the program.
